Buy low, sell high...even when you're AP testing

The number one rule I've learned to trade by is: "buy low, sell high." Yesterday, the market dipped much lower than usual so I bought. Instead of just trading individual companies' stocks, I experimented with an ETF, or exchange-traded fund, by buying the SPDR S&P 500 trust (SPY). The SPDR S&P 500 trust is an exchange-traded fund which trades on the NYSE Arca. It is designed to track the S&P 500 stock market index.
Although the market bounced back positive today, I decided not to sell anything without further research. The past two mornings I've had AP tests - Calculus BC yesterday and English Language and Composition today - so I haven't been as active as usual.
